we dare be brave

It was a busy week. I worked a half day on Wednesday so that I could pack my things because I moved to another temporary living situation. (No privacy--including no door on my room--in the shotgun house.) Then I had a root canal on Thursday. It was supposed to take 3 hours. There were 4 canals to be cleaned. One was curved so it made the process much more challenging. Twenty x-rays, 13 shots of Novocain and 5 hours later, it was finally over. Oh, and did I mention that the Novocain wore off half way through. All bad! Let’s just say, I was extremely happy to get out of that chair!
